New captain at Capitano AG – We remain on course for success

Dear business partners

We are pleased to inform you about a significant change within Capitano AG.

On May 30th, 2025, Capitano AG was handed over to Mr. Peter Schaumlechner. This involved a change of ownership, which we implemented with great care and foresight.

Mr. Ralf Sutter, who has managed the company with great commitment and foresight, will act as Co-Managing Director with immediate effect and will actively oversee the handover until the end of 2025. He will also remain with Capitano AG as a member of the Board of Directors. This ensures that continuity, quality and our partnership-based cooperation will remain guaranteed in the future.

As the new owner and managing director, I am looking forward to leading the company into the future, building on the solid foundations established by my predecessor. Our tried and tested team will remain in place, of course. Apart from the name at the top, nothing will change for you.
